Important information
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are free of charge if made through the online reservation system by 4pm, two (2) days before your arrival.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
- Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged if canceled or in the case of a no-show.
Pre-Authorization Policy
- At the time of booking, we place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card for the first night’s stay.
- This is a temporary hold, not a charge, and it will be released per your bank’s policies (typically within a few days).
- For questions about pre-authorizations, please contact your bank.
